I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone—she is incredibly kind and always gives 100% to her work. I’ve never met anyone like her! If you’re planning to book an appointment, trust me, choose Magda—you won’t be disappointed.

Very friendly & caring staff. The nurse was highly professional & very gentle. She listened attentively & showed us exactly what was used and what may be beneficial for us and also any product which may not be suitable. This easily put one's mind at ease.

Just finished my ten sessions of lip and chin laser. Very satisfied with overall experience, the booking process is easy, Magda was always nice and professional, and the rest of the crew lovely. The place is clean and well taken care of. I'm happy with the products I bought there as well.

I do not recommend this clinic on Lothian Road —complete waste of money and a frustrating experience. I purchased a 10-session laser hair removal package, and during the consultation, I was assured that my hair was suitable for the treatment. They use the Cynosure Laser Hair Removal system, which is outdated compared to newer technologies on the market. After 3 sessions, I saw no reduction at all—in fact, I had more hair than before starting the treatment.

After the 4th session, I requested that they check whether the treatment was even working by examining my hair follicles. I also asked for a proper review, but they only conducted superficial reviews 8 times, where they simply took photos and never followed through on addressing the problem. It was clear that they were more focused on getting more money from me than ensuring customer satisfaction.

The old manager eventually offered me 4 free treatments as an acknowledgment of the lack of results. However, when a new manager Carolann took over, claimed I shouldn’t have received those free treatments and told me I needed to pay for more sessions if I want to continue . The new manager was rude and dismissive, making the situation even worse.
Emailed that training team not came back to her and she can’t do anything.

For comparison, I later had two sessions on the Primelase laser by Cocoon Medical in Australia and achieved a 75% hair reduction. It’s clear that this clinic’s equipment are outdated and ineffective.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—they make false promises, use old technology, and are only interested in your money, not your results. I spend 2 thousand for nothing .Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere with proven, up-to-date systems that actually deliver results.

The worst service/ system I have ever experienced in UK. I had an appointment which was arranged 6th weeks prior during my last visit in person. When I got there, the receptionist said they don’t see my appointment on their system. Then continued with you must have made it online. Whether it is made online or in person, it is their system error which they admit their system sometimes glitch. Apart from sorry, play blame game on the system and we can book earliest this day, there was no responsible taken. YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY. When I had some personal issues and I needed to cancel one of my appointments, they didn’t let me do it because of 48 hours cancellation policy. After that, one of my appointment got cancelled on the same day because their therapist was sick. Worst service ever

Avoid Therapie Clinic – Frustrating and Awful Experience at Both Edinburgh Locations

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. My experiences at both Edinburgh locations (St. James and Lothian) have been absolutely terrible, both administratively and technically. To make matters worse, the staff are rude and dismissive, making an already frustrating experience even worse. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress, I strongly recommend steering clear of this clinic.

Booking and keeping an appointment here is a complete disaster. On three separate occasions—two at St. James and one at Lothian—I showed up for confirmed appointments, only to be told they had either been canceled or weren’t in the system. This happened even though I received communication to complete the necessary forms. The staff's attitude during these instances was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their disorganization.

I’ve had laser hair removal done successfully elsewhere and know what proper treatment should look and feel like. Therapie Clinic fails miserably on this front:

- The staff are inconsistent, and different technicians handle treatments in completely different ways.
- They don’t cover the full area properly during sessions, leaving patches untreated.
- The settings on the machines are often incorrect, which technicians themselves have admitted.

Beyond the technical issues, the staff’s behavior is appalling. They lack basic customer service skills, are dismissive when addressing concerns, and often come across as unprofessional and rude. Rather than offering solutions, they seem more focused on your wallet.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Do your research, and you’ll find plenty of other horror stories about this clinic. While my review stems from frustration, it’s clear that this clinic prioritizes profits over providing quality service or treating customers with respect. Avoid them at all costs.

Amazing experience for my first time having the wrinkle reducing injections. Made me feel very relaxed and at ease about having injections into my face. I barely felt the procedure being done. The results have been great. After following all the after care instructions I am very happy and would definately go back to have it done again. Highly recommend this clinic.
